Blueberry Aloe Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup organic frozen blueberries
- 1 organic banana
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein or nutrition powder
- 1/4 cup aloe vera juice
- 1/3 cup plain or vanila almond milk (you can use soy, cashew, rice, or regular milk)
*If you happen to use fresh blueberries - add ice to the mix
Use a blender to mix all of the ingredients together to make an AMAZINGLY HEALTHY & TASTY SMOOTHIE!
